However, beyond this 24-hours window, the company does not publish detailed refund terms, which suggests that cancellations may not be refundable unless otherwise negotiated directly with their team. Because of this, travelers are encouraged to communicate with Tanzania Safari Radar as early as possible if they anticipate any changes to their trip, and it is also strongly recommended to secure travel insurance that can cover last-minute cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unexpected disruptions. This approach ensures that guests have clarity on their options and are financially protected should their travel plans shift.
To confirm a safari booking with Tanzania Safari Radar, clients must adhere to the following payment schedule based on the date of departure. All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payment required: Full payment of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
Confirmation: The tour is considered confirmed only after the full amount has been received by Tanzania Safari Radar.

Final payment: The remaining balance is due upon arrival in Tanzania, before the start of your tour.
